Well, this is my first blogger award. It was quite a dopamine hit finding out that I was nominated for it. And as I logged in to my blog to write out the acceptance, I was in dilemma. Now that I have cleared my head and got a hold on it, here it goes.

My Q and A SESSION

Q. Describe your writing style.

My writing style is more suited towards writing creative non-fiction. I like to keep it simple and write in a chronological manner. Most of my authored work is about things I feel deeply about and are close to me.

Q. Would you enjoy life if there were only happiness?

It is everyone’s utopia. But there is no utopia. I feel we would enjoy happiness only if we know about being sad.

Q. Do you plan your blogs or is it more freestyle?

It is a mixture. Some of blog posts are an impulsive spur of the moment ideas and others I plan and sit on it for quite some time, until it takes a concrete shape in my head.

Q. How can we enhance the circle of our friends?

Aim for quality over quantity. Have a close knit group of friends that are reciprocative and understanding of you. It enhances your memories and bonds of friendship.

Q. What is it that you enjoy most about being a blogger?

The best part about being a blogger is the activity of blogging. It is an outlet for me to express myself and give my creativity a platform. The wide range of bloggers I get to read writing on various topic adds to my experience and knowledge.

Q. The best way to come out of any situation.

I would recommend Dale Carnegie books 🙂 Joking apart, a cool head always helps in making better decisions in stressful situations. Be sure to have all the facts before making your decision.

Q. What is the best piece of advice you have received from someone?

Thoughts come. Thoughts go. What you make of them is up to you. You can either let them control you. Or you can control them.

Q. Is not spectre of fear one of the main causes of downfall?

Fear is a natural human reaction. Fear in itself does not lead to our downfall. It is about how you handle fear. You can either face your fear and overcome it. Or you can let your fears control you and block your development.

Q. Do you see yourself blogging in 5 years?

I have ideas for my blog ‘The Critilizers’. This is just the beginning of that journey. I definitely will be blogging five years down the line. How far along will I be able to shape it according to my dreams remains to be seen.

Q. Your idea of a happy life.

It has got quite a few definitions. One of them is being married to my crush. The other is having people around to celebrate successes and withstand failures. It is only possible when you build a good support system for yourself.

That ends my Q and A session. The sequence of questions may seem a bit messy. But I have answered questions answered by both Dakshali and Ishan. And these form my set of questions for my nominees.
