Milestone: One Hundred Followers!

There is a lot of celebrate this week!

Trying to put it into words is making me emotional. I am unable to formulate and think of words to articulate in the logical manner I usually do.

There are a couple of things I want to share. My blog and my journey along with it is responsible for the positive changes and rewards I received this week.

Let me begin with academics. The pandemic has changed the way students are being taught. The online method of instruction has made it a long semester. Fatigue and a swamp of assignments were an uphill task. I was done with the last of my assignments yesterday. It is such a relief.

With the semester over, there is a lot of time on hand. There is a backlog of ideas, in various stages of conceptualisation, that can now see the light of the day. On a more important note, the blog is a witness to progress I have made as a writer and a blogger.

The statistics show what I have achieved in terms of numbers. But the numbers are made by the followers and visitors who are the patrons of the blog. It is your willingness to visit the blog and read the posts I put that have made this possible. I thank you all for supporting ‘The Critlizers’ and me in this journey.

Though time lapses between posts have become longer, I feel I have been able to construct my posts in a coherent and logical manner. I would like to take time choosing a topic and structure it in a suitable manner.

The journey to 100 followers has been an enriching experience. Apart from learning about the world of blogging, I got learn a lot more from my fellow bloggers and the blogging community. I was inspired by a few, led down the memory lane and got to have interesting discussions on a various topics. This has introduced me to various different viewpoints on a range of topics.

This exchange of views and ideas helps me improve as a person and a writer. I thank you all for supporting me in my journey and hope to enjoy your support in the future! 🙂
